A Day of Love and Laughter: Jessica & Blake’s Joyful Bay Pointe Inn Wedding

Knowing these two jumped into Gun Lake to end their night exemplifies everything I have ever thought about them. High school sweethearts, two people who make the most out of life, laughter comes easily to them, they are risk takers, and two souls in love. Welcome to Jessica and Blake’s Bay Pointe Inn wedding day! I can’t wait to share it all with you!

As I began, one of the first things I heard about was a little harmless prank Jessica and her maid of honor, Amanda, had played on Blake the night before. It was just a reminder that yes, your wedding day is big and formal but there’s always time to have a little bit of fun with it.

As we moved through getting Jessica dressed in her sleek, elegant Becker’s Bridal gown, her high spirits made me think that Blake was also showcasing that same energy with my second, Nicole, as he got into his suit from The Black Tux. Both were anticipating the great things about to happen and both were excited to spend the day together!

The way these two look at one another, easily laugh with one another, and just look like they walked out of a magazine ended with me having taken so many photos of them that I love that I’m not sure how I’ll ever narrow them down. After portraits of the two of them, their bubbly wedding party joined before we also captured a few family portraits until it was time for everyone to enjoy the air conditioning at the bar for a moment as guests began to arrive at the lakeside.

The view always wows guests as Bay Pointe Inn weddings feel like you are completely secluded with the breeze of the lake and sunshine greeting you, making it the perfect summer wedding destination! As everyone walked down the aisle, there was no mistaking the love in the air as Jessica and Blake looked at one another saying their vows to one another and exchanging their wedding rings. Before we all knew it, these two had kissed and were walking down the aisle as newlyweds!

From there, the party started and never ended. From friends asking for photos, one of which might have included lifting Jessica into the air, to having the drinks flow, the speeches making people laugh and cry to the dance floor that was hyped thanks to the best of the best with Luxx Entertainment mixing songs and understanding every vibe that was needed.

While there is so much more I could say, I will leave you with this, I had the best time capturing Jessica and Blake’s Bay Pointe Inn wedding day and it will truly be a highlight for me forever. Congratulations you two! I can’t wait to see what your future holds I know it will be bright and fun!
