Stony Creek Metropark Engagement Session: A Timeless and Fun Photoshoot
Located in the north of Rochester hills and Sterling Heights, Michigan, Stony Creek Metropark is a perfect destination for an engagement photoshoot. With its picturesque landscapes and natural beauty, it provides an excellent backdrop for creating stunning and memorable images.
Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Alex and Craig’s engagement session at Stony Creek Metropark. The couple was a joy to work with, and their love for each other was evident in every shot. Alex wore a beautiful green floral dress that complemented the park’s lush greenery, while Craig opted for a classic dress shirt and trousers, adding a touch of sophistication to the shoot.
The day of the photoshoot was cloudy and overcast, but that didn’t stop these two from being so fun and playful which set the tone for the rest of the photoshoot. We even included their adorable fluffy white dog who got some zoomies out at one point. She really made it entertaining for everyone as she zoomed around us at high speed!
Alex and Craig are going to have a classic, timeless wedding at a wedding venue that I have been wanting to photograph at for YEARS! The War Memorial located in Grosse Points Farms has been through major construction and is back and ready to go for this couple! If their wedding day is even an ounce like their engagement session, it might be my favorite wedding of 2023! Please check back here next June to see their wedding day!
